What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, EFT, Visa & Mastercard. Westfield gift cards are also accepted. Sorry, we don’t accept American Express and Afterpay.
 

Threading


Is threading only for women?

Certainly not, men are very welcome too


Can I book an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary for threading, however you can request your favourite threader on the day.


How do I know which shape will suit me?

Our threading experts will offer professional advice in shaping your eyebrows to suit your face.


Does threading hurt?

You may feel a pinching or light scraping sensation, but most customers agree that threading is less painful compared to other hair removal techniques.


How long does it take?

Eyebrows usually take 10-15 minutes, this allows your threader enough time to not only thread the eyebrows, but time to ensure evenness and perfection.


How long does it last?

We recommend a tidy-up every 3 weeks. This will ensure your shape stays precise. However, threading can last up to 4 weeks depending on individual hair growth.


Hybrid Tint


Are there any aftercare for hybrid tint?

You must avoid getting your eyebrows wet for 24 hours after the hybrid tint application. Avoid using any other product/s on your brows during this time also. Always, follow the aftercare routine given by your beautician/ beauty therapist after your appointment.


Brow & Lash Tint


Even If I have really light eyebrows can they be tinted to match my hair?

Of course, we offers various types of tinting such as normal tinting, hybrid tinting and brow henna in range of colours.


How long does tinting last?

Normal tinting lasts for upto 2-3 weeks, but do offer other tinting options which last longer than this. Please contact our staff or visit our stores to know more information about it. 


Do I need to make an appointment for tinting?

No appointments are necessary. We welcome walk-ins. But, you can also book your appointment online or by calling our stores.


Brow  Lamination


Can I get my brows wet after Lamination?

We highly recommend avoiding getting your brows wet after the treatment, as the brow hairs need some time to set otherwise, they can lose their shape and won’t last long.


How do I know if I can get brow lamination?

Best way is to visit to our salon for a consultation. Our highly skilled beautician will let you know if it is suitable for you or any other suitable services to achieve a something similar.


I have my eyebrows tattooed/ micro bladed; can I still get Brow lamination?

Brow lamination is also great for resetting the new hair growth after the tattoo/ microblading to give them a uniform look.
